Hot women are the EASIEST girls to pick up. Why? Because they get hit on CONSTANTLY at clubs, bars, workplace, wherever .. by guys who are literally drooling to get in their panties.
Use a little psychology on them and they will melt like butter. We want what we can't have. The worst thing you can do is buy drinks for a hot girl, or fawn over her, or compliment her on her looks. But that's what most guys do, especially at clubs .. they buy her a beer and toss her a compliment. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
Everyone loves a challenge, and hot women are no exception. Make yourself aloof, mysterious, casual and not overly interested.
When I approach a hot girl by herself, I usually ask HER to buy ME a drink, half-jokingly. This sets the stage; I'm more valuable than she is, I don't worship her. That alone is enough to spark her interest.
When I approach a set of girls (two or more), I always ignore the hottie, and flirt with the ugliest of them all. Why? Because it makes the hot one incredibly jealous; she'll wonder why you don't flirt with HER like every other guy.
